Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The citation style used in the article is IEEE For citations and references, we recommend using reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, Endnote.

Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original, unpublished manuscripts that are not under review in any other journals. Submissions must be in English or Russian, and authors should ensure their manuscripts are proofread and checked for grammatical errors prior to submission.

Submission Process

Manuscripts should be submitted electronically through the journal's submission system.

Authors need to ensure their submissions are in line with the journal’s scope and follow the guidelines provided.

Manuscript Format:

Document Type and Size: Manuscripts should be submitted as Word or LaTeX files, using A4 size paper, with 2.54 cm (1 inch) margins on all sides.

Font and Spacing: Use Times New Roman, 11-point font, and double-spaced text.

Length: Research articles should not exceed 8000 words, including references, tables, and figure captions. Review articles can be up to 10000 words. Short communications and technical notes should be no more than 4000 words.

Structure of Manuscript

Title Page: Includes a concise and informative title, author names, affiliations, corresponding author's email, and ORCID IDs for all authors.

Abstract: A 250-word summary outlining the main findings and contributions of the study.

Keywords: Provide 5 to 8 keywords for indexing purposes.

Introduction: Clearly states the problem, the significance of the study, and the objectives.

Materials and Methods: Describes the research design, procedures, analytical tools, and materials used.

Results: Presents the findings in a clear and logical sequence, supplemented by figures and tables where necessary.

Discussion: Interprets the results, highlights the novelty, and compares with existing literature.

Conclusions: Summarizes the main findings and their implications, suggesting areas for further research.

References: Listed according to the IEEE citation style.

Acknowledgments: (Optional) Recognizes individuals or organizations that contributed to the study.

Figures and Tables

Figures and tables should be embedded within the text at appropriate points.

Each figure and table should have a caption, placed below the figure or above the table.

Figures should be of high quality (minimum 300 dpi).

Citation and Referencing Style

The journal follows the IEEE citation style. In-text citations should be numbered in square brackets [1] and listed in the reference section in the order of appearance.

Journal article: [1] A. Author, B. Author, "Title of article," in Journal Name, vol. XX, no. XX, pp. XX-XX, year.

Book: [2] A. Author, Title of Book, Xth ed. Publisher, year.
