This study focuses on the relationship between digital intelligence as digital competence, digital ethics, digital safety and digital skills with the formation of smart marketing using collaborative digital marketing, empowerment of human capital and cooperation of social capital. The investigation is based on user feedback of Asiacell telecommunications services in Iraq. Descriptive and analytical research design was used; data was collected through questionnaires, electronically and analyzed using SPSS (2024). Correlation analysis was complemented by descriptive measures such as means, standard deviations and relative importance. The results showed low levels of awareness of the constructs investigated, and reveal a positive and significant relationship between digital intelligence and smart marketing. As a response, the study suggests that Asiacell boost its digital-intelligence skills and convert them into marketing efforts that customers would value.
